10月10日，《超薄石材复合板生产技术规范》行业标准第四次研讨会在水头召开，该行业标准有望于2015年下半年发布。
本次研讨会由国家石材质量监督检验中心、全国工商联石材业商会复合板专委会共同主办。会议由国家石材质量监督检验中心副主任魏艳主持，共50多名南安复合板石材企业代表参加。
        会上，全国工商联石材业商会秘书长李山丽发表讲话。李山丽认为第二次石材业高潮即将到来，国家“十二五”规划提出要实施新型城镇化建设，这将带动装饰建材的快速发展，同时也表明石材用量仍有很大的增长空间。她认为，复合板行业作为石材行业的分支，起步较晚，却发展迅猛，但要从工装市场转向家装市场，加强行业标准化建设势在必行。“只有将石材规格、尺寸标准化，服务标准化，消费者和设计师才能一目了然。”
        “复合板石材企业要提升产品质量，加强对消费者的引导。”李山丽表示，很多人担心石材有辐射，担心复合板易老化，这是不对的。企业要积极配合国家质检中心参与质量检测，并加强宣传引导，让消费者正确认识复合板。
        本次研讨会最为重要的环节，就是听取复合板企业对已修订两次的《超薄石材复合板生产技术规范》提出合理意见。会上，各企业代表踊跃发言。华辉石业复合板事业部总经理黄华南表示，标准里必须明确规定石材的用胶标准，防止终端客户在使用中发现产品发生“黄病变”等争议性很强的问题。而卡斯维诺副总经理涂智聪则表示，必须严格规范各环节术语，这样易与房地产商交流，能迅速知道哪个环节出错。
        “《超薄石材复合板生产技术规范》是石材业标准中最为系统化的标准。该标准细化到术语、规格、尺寸、安装方法。标准一旦正式发布，能让企业生产管理更加规范化，也能更容易地为房地产商所使用。”全国工商联石材业商会复合板专业委员会秘书长白利江告诉记者，该标准目前由中国房地产协会及下属三大房地产商、中国建筑装饰协会及下属3家企业、9家石材企业共同起草，欲申请起草资质的石材企业可向国家石材质检中心申请。“让房地产和装饰行业共同参与起草，不但可以让他们对复合板行业有深入的认识，还可以有效宣传复合板行业。”
        国家石材质检中心华南部部长陈光表示，仅仅让石材企业认识生产标准还不够，对于做品牌的企业也应该提升各地加盟商对标准的认识，加强培训，才能有效贯彻标准。
        会后，李山丽和魏艳为12家《超薄天然石材复合板》国家标准起草企业颁发证书，并对通过国家质检中心抽检的9家复合板企业和4家复合胶企业颁发牌匾和证书。
