实践是检验真理的唯一标准，破坏性测试是检验产品质量、效果的唯一标准

一直以来石材，陶瓷饰面护理品质，没有一个系统化标准，被一些既得利益者愚弄、蒙骗、操纵着，使行业的发展滞后，使施工者和使用者被忽悠。有鉴于此，为了石材、陶瓷饰面护理品质标准、真正能使广大施工者、使用者了解、认识、懂得，暂且粗略由以下面几点作为标准。

（1）石材的耐磨性，用“度”来表示，一般应用在地板上的耐磨度，应该最少在3-4度，才能够合格，石材饰面可以在现场测试，在人流密集的大门口、主通道，用6个时段来测试收集数据，分别是：3天、7天、15天、30天、45天60天。这6个时段，不能做任何的护理。但要进行清洁洗擦，可以使用单擦机配垫子洗擦，这点非常重要。3天已经没有效果，（指没有任何光亮）属于废品，7天已经没有效果（指没有任何光亮）属于劣质品，15天已经没有效果（指没有任何光亮）不合格品，30天才没有效果（指没有任何光亮）属于合格品，45天才没有效果（指没有任何光亮）属于优良品，60天才没有效果（指没有任何光亮）的为优质品，90天还有效果的（指还保持良好光亮）属于超优质品

（2）石材饰面的透气性，可以在现场用定点泡水法检测，方法是：用一个透明圆筒，筒高40CM直径10CM，放在地面上，贴近地面的接口，边缝用软质硅胶封闭好，然后在圆筒里放入清水20CM，上面加盖好，静止泡、15-30分钟，然后把测试物拿走，看看能否泡入水印，然后待 0.5-2小时自然干燥，如果能恢复原样子干燥没有水印，才属于合格产品，即能达到双面透气性。这样的效果，才能有效控制石材病变的可能性，同时石材和下面水泥建筑物正确有效的养护。这点非常重要，是防止建筑物因为失水而造成提早粉化。相反如果泡不进水或者水进去了，在指定的时间内水出不来或者永远出不来的，属于不合格品，因为这饰面涂层是不透气，容易造成石材、陶瓷的病变，更严重是建筑物因此得不到水汽的养护，加速了建筑物的粉化，后果将难以估算，这种属于劣质不合格品

（3）石材的耐洗涤性，可以在现场用洗地机洗擦法检测，检测工具洗地单擦机一台，检测材料:自来水、中性清洁剂、溶剂（例如：汽油、香蕉水等），检测时间是5分钟。检测方式：1用单擦机配合自来水擦洗。2用单擦机配合中性清洁剂泡洗。3用单擦机配合中性清洁剂溶剂泡洗。第一种可以通过，而不改变原来外观，是合格品。第二种可以通过而不会改变原来外观的，是优良品。第三种可以通过，而不会改变外观，是优质品。如果第一种检测都不能通过的，属于劣质不合格品，那就不能应用在地面上了。可洗涤的石材、陶瓷饰面，在实际生活上是非常必要和必须，是现代人生活的要求。

（4）石材的耐温性，可以在现场用少量香蕉水、汽油、酒精、木柴、纸屑等，燃烧时间在1-5分钟，（一定要做好灭火准备）温度应该是300度以上600度以下，烧烤完毕用清水拖洗检查，如果没有任何改变原有外观的，（包括清晰度、洁净度）才算合格，如果已经有改变的（包括清晰度、洁净度）为不合格。

（5）石材的防滑性，应该是使用静摩擦系数测试仪(滑度计)。没有（滑度计）的可以在现场，用干、湿二种方法来检测，在石材或瓷砖表面走动，用脚转动感受是否有明显的吸脚防滑效果。也可以在石材或瓷砖放上清水，然后在表面走动，用脚转动感受防滑效果，汇总多方意见确定防滑性。

（6）石材抗污染性，应该在现场使用油性笔画写，或者在表面烧焦，然后用清水拖洗后，是否留有痕迹来测试，如果清水拖洗留有痕迹的是劣质不合格品，拖洗后能保持原有效果，不留下任何痕迹并且能保持高清晰度的为优质合格品。

（7）石材的平整度，应该使用高精度激光移位传感器测试，也可以在现场由汇总多方意见目测鉴定确定，因为平整度是相对，整体效果以极少波浪为合格，反之为不合格。

（8）石材清晰度，应该使用清晰度仪量度，也可以使用密度仪量度，石材、陶瓷表面密度越高清晰度越高，也可以通过汇总多方意见来鉴定清晰度，高清晰度可用目测，整体表面完全反映玻璃相，高清晰度就应该确立，没有丝毫霞雾朦胧感，没有橘皮纹，没有任何麻点，能100%充分倒映室内天花板、吊灯、桶灯、细微到灯丝都能反映出来的倒映效果。这就是清晰度，反之就不能算得上清晰。这是目测的标准

（9）石材覆盖度，这也可以理解成丰满度或者是厚度，应该在现场目测地面的针孔、细小裂纹的覆盖是否完全，完全覆盖成一平面，丰满度、厚度都能达到的为优质品，目测还能看见细小裂纹，但针孔看不到，丰满度，厚度明显不够的为合格品，针孔、细小裂纹仍然能看到，那就谈不上什么丰满度，厚度了，这为劣质不合格品。

过去行业一直错误地误导使用光度计，认为是检测石材，陶瓷饰面品质的唯一标准。显然是非常错误的一种误导，有问题的当重点，是一种很不负责的表现，是本末倒置。石材、陶瓷护理饰面光亮其实是非常次要，里面包括使用过程的很多实质性问题才是重点，上面提及的9点都是在实际使用过程中必须。光度计所量度出来，只是光线的通过量或者说是反射率，从这点我们可以了解到，反射率越大造成的光线折射强烈，光线的折射越强烈，光污染就越强，为了我们的子孙后代健康成长，我们应该共同来抵制光污染，我们倡导的是高清晰度、低反射率、抵制光污染、建立绿色环境。欧盟早已经对光污染有了新条例立法，不论室内外墙体、地面光线反射率部能大于80度，凡超出这范围就定为光污染，因为反射率越数值大光污染越强烈，承建方必须接受到重罚。

石材品质必须做到：光而不耀，润而不滑，明静透彻，高清晰度，低反射率，抵制光污染，绿色环保，听数字看效果、用眼睛来说话。

(1) the wear resistance of stone, with the "degree" to represent, wear-resisting degree is generally applied in the floor, should be at least 3-4 degrees, can be qualified, stone facing can be tested in the field, in the crowded the gate, the main channel, with 6 periods to test data collection, respectively is: 3 days, 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days. The 6 time, can't do any nursing. But to clean and wash, can use a single disc machine with mat wash, this is very important. 3 days had no effect, (without any light) belongs to the waste, 7 days have no effect (without any light) belongs to the inferior goods, 15 days had no effect (without any light) the unqualified products, 30 days had no effect (without any light) belong to the qualified product, 45 days of no effect (without any light) belongs to the excellent product, 60 days had no effect (without any light) for the quality product, the 90 day and effect (refers to also maintain a good light) belongs to the super quality product.

(2) permeability stone facing, can at the scene with fixed water detection method, the method is: use a transparent cylinder, cylinder diameter of high 40CM 10CM, on the ground, the ground close to the interface, side seam with soft silicone closed well, and then add water 20CM in the cylinder, the top with the good, global, static 15-30 minutes, and then put the test object away, have a look whether the bulb into the watermark, and then to be 0.5-2 hours to dry naturally, if can restore the original appearance of dry no watermark, belong to the qualified products, which can achieve double permeability. This effect, can effectively control the possibility of stone disease, at the same time, stone and cement buildings below correct and effective maintenance. This is very important, is to prevent the building because of water loss caused by early powder. On the contrary if not a bubble water or water inside, at the appointed time of water out or never come up, which belongs to the unqualified products, because the finish coating is not breathable, easy to cause the stone, ceramic lesions, more serious is the building so it is impossible to water conservation, accelerate the building of the powder it is difficult to estimate, the consequences will be, this belongs to the poor quality of unqualified products.

(3) stone washing resistance, can live with wash wash wipe detection method, detection tools washing single wipe machine, testing of materials: water, neutral cleaning agent, solvent (for example: gasoline, bananas, water etc.) detection time is 5 minutes. Detection methods: 1 using a single disc machine with water scrubbing. 2 using a single disc machine with neutral detergent washing. 3 using a single disc machine with a neutral cleaning agent, solvent washing. The first kind of can, without changing the original appearance, is qualified goods. Second can and will not change the original appearance, is a good product. Third can, and will not change the appearance, quality is excellent. If the first detection can not pass, belong to inferior unqualified, it cannot be applied on the ground. Stone, ceramic veneer can be washed, in real life is very necessary and indispensable, is the request of the modern people life.

(4) the stone material temperature resistance, can be in the field with a small amount of banana water, gasoline, alcohol, wood, paper, combustion time in 1-5 minutes, (must be well ready to fire) temperature should be 300 degrees above 600 degrees below, barbecue with water mop check, if no changes to the original appearance of the, (including definition, cleanliness) to be qualified, if there have been changes (including definition, cleanliness) is not qualified.

(5) the skid resistance of stone, should be the use of static friction coefficient tester (smoothness tester). No (slide meter) can be at the scene, with dry, wet two kinds of methods to detect, in stone or ceramic tile surface moving, rotating with the feet feel whether suction feet antiskid effect is obvious. Can also be in the stone or ceramic tile on the water, and then on the surface move, rotate with the feet feel the antiskid effect, collect many opinions to determine the skid resistance.

(6) stone pollution resistant, should use oily strokes in the field to write, or on the surface of charred, then wash mop, whether to leave traces to test, if water mop leave a trail is inferior to the unqualified products, mop can keep the original effect, do not leave any marks and can keep high definition for the quality of qualified products.

(7) the flatness of stone, should be used in high precision laser displacement sensor to test, also at the scene can be summarized by the multi views of visual identification, because the roughness is relative, with very little overall effect of wave as qualified, otherwise not qualified.

(8) stone definition, should use the definition of gauge, can also use the density gauge, density of stone, ceramic surface more high resolution is higher, can also through collect many opinions to identification of clarity, high definition available visual, fully reflect the whole surface of the glass phase, high definition should establish, without the slightest mist hazy feeling no, orange peel, no pitting, 100% fully reflected indoor ceilings, chandeliers, barrels, subtle to the filament lamp can be reflected from the reflecting effect. This is the definition, otherwise will not be called on the clear. This is a visual standards.

(9) stone coverage, it can also be understood as fullness or thickness, small cracks in the field should be pinhole, visual ground coverage is fully, completely covered in a plane, fullness, thickness can be achieved for a top quality product, visual can see small cracks, but the pinhole can not see, plump degree, thickness is obviously not enough for qualified products, pinhole, small cracks can still see, that's not what fullness, thickness, it is inferior to the unqualified products.

The past industry has been wrongly the misleading use of spectrophotometer, believed to be the only standard detection of stone, ceramic veneer quality. Is obviously a misleading very wrong, there is a problem when the key, is a very responsible performance, is to have the order reversed. Stone, ceramic nursing facing bright is actually a very minor, which includes many substantive issues using process is the key, the 9 points mentioned above are necessary in the actual use of the process. Photometer are measured, only the light throughput or is the reflectivity, from this we can understand that the greater the reflection, refraction of light caused by the strong, the refraction of the light is strong, light pollution is stronger, for our children and grandchildren grow up healthy, we should work together to resist the light pollution, we advocate is the high definition, low reflectivity, resist the light pollution, the establishment of green environment. The EU already on light pollution with new legislation, both internal and external walls, ground reflectivity can be greater than 80 degrees, all beyond this range as the light pollution, light pollution is because reflectivity numerical more strongly, the contractor must accept to heavy penalties.

Stone quality must be: light without Yao, smooth but not smooth, bright and thorough, high definition, low reflectivity, resist the light pollution, green environmental protection, listen to digital at the effect, use your eyes to speak.
